Professor Riaz Esmailzadeh
Managing Director
Professor Riaz Esmailzadeh has been an ICT professional for more than 35 years. Riaz has worked with many companies including Apple, Softbank, Telstra, Samsung, Docomo, Ericsson, and Hitachi. He has represented companies as expert witness, including Apple Inc. as a technology and business expert witness in their patent litigation vs. Samsung.
In addition, Riaz has been a member of several boards, including AustCyber South Australia node since 2018, and Portalink Ltd, a B2B Integration Software company since 2016.
Riaz has been a prolific innovator: he has applied for more than 50 patents, 26 of which have been granted in the US alone. A number of these patents are standard essential to the operation of broadband mobile telecommunications networks. He is also an author of three books and more than 50 peer reviewed articles on broadband communications technology and management, and topics on digital transformation.
Riaz advises CEOs, C-level executives, and business owners on how to take advantage of the strategic benefits of information technology.
Doctor Michel Boussemart

Since Michel Boussemart received his PhD in Applied Mathematics and his Engineering Degree in Computer Science, he is bringing valuable solutions to address industrial needs, having held many positions as program manager and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Architect for several international groups, such as Safran Group or Naval Group in aeronautical and naval industries. In addition, as engineer, he has been involved in major Research and Development projects and was recognised internationally by his peers as a technical expert in Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) and ILS.
His R&D activities led also to new academic developments which some of them were presented in international, academic, industrial conferences and peer reviewed journals. His research work is applied in several sectors including: Data Science, Biology, Finance, Telecommunications, Health, Cybersecurity, Operation management and maintenance.
As a submarine expert, he has more than twelve years international experience in nuclear powered ships, as Program Manager and ILS Naval Architect. He was the head of engineering teams and has been involved in the Design, Manufacturing and Sustainment phases for a major nuclear submarine program. In this context he was involved in supporting infrastructures studies and participated to the physical integration of all systems on board.

His true passion lies in systems engineering, where he excels in integrating cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning technologies with the Internet of Things (IoT), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and digital twins to provide innovative solutions for real-world problems. Mark's extensive programming background empowers him to bring these technological advancements to life, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical implementations.
A trailblazer in his field, Mark actively drives the development of extended reality and gaming technologies, continuously pushing the boundaries of what is possible. With his diverse academic background, including multiple master's degrees in different fields, he possesses a deep understanding of various domains and can approach problems from interdisciplinary perspectives.
