Eric Granger, Chairman: Eric is a Fellow of The University of South Australia (Adelaide University) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with more than 50 years of leadership across health insurance, retail, travel, sports administration, and governance. A former senior executive at Bupa and Medibank Private, he has chaired and served on numerous universitygovernment, and not-for-profit boards. He brings deep expertise in strategy, workforce transformation, and board stewardship.  

Prof. Riaz Esmailzadeh, CEO: Riaz has over 38 years of ICT experience spanning industry leadership, entrepreneurship, academia, and innovation. Riaz has advised global organisations including Apple, Samsung, Telstra, and Softbank, served as an expert witness in major patent litigation, and led large-scale technology due diligence. A prolific innovator, he holds 26 US patents, authored three books, and is a former full professor at Carnegie Mellon University Australia. 

Mark Shariat, CTO: Mark is a technologist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of programming and systems engineering experience. He specialises in integrating AI and machine learning with IoT, BIM, and digital twin technologies to deliver practical, real-world solutions. With a strong engineering foundation and multiple master’s degrees, he applies an interdisciplinary approach to complex challenges and actively drives innovation in extended reality and advanced interactive technologies. 

Alfredo Veron, CCO: Alfredo has 25 years of leadership experience across cybersecurity, technology delivery, and digital transformation in complex government, consulting, and industry environments. His work focuses on digital twin and IoT initiatives supporting infrastructure resilience and evidence-based decision-making for regional councils. He has led major proof-of-concept initiatives and is a PhD candidate researching Human-AI collaboration, with Masters degrees in Public Policy and IT Services Management, and Bachelor degree in Information systems engineering. 

Prof. Tim O’Loughlin, Senior Analyst: Tim is a senior public policy and infrastructure leader with experience spanning political advisory roles, energy, and government. He began his career as a political staffer, later serving as Chief of Staff to Australia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, followed by 15 years in the petroleum sector. He subsequently held senior executive roles in South Australian Government, including CEO of Transport and Urban Development and Commissioner for Renewable Energy. Tim specialises in public sector finance, infrastructure partnerships, energy policy, and government use of data analytics. 

Dr. Michel Boussemart, Senior Technology Advisor: Michel is a co-founder and technology advisor with a PhD in Applied Mathematics and an engineering degree in Computer Science. He has held senior program management and systems architecture roles across major international aerospace and defence organisations, including large-scale naval and aeronautical programs. An internationally recognised expert in RAMS and Integrated Logistics Support, Michel brings deep experience spanning R&D, complex infrastructure, and high-reliability systems. 

Ben Olijnyk, Senior Technology Advisor: Ben is a senior technology and program leader who specialises in translating complex digital strategies into delivered outcomes. He has led large-scale ICT, data, and innovation programs across public and private sectors, including senior executive roles at Carnegie Mellon University in Adelaide. Ben is recognised for bridging strategy and delivery, building high-performing teams, and aligning technology investment with organisational goals.

Phil Allan, Senior Project Manager: Phil is an experienced project manager and program practitioner with a Master’s degree qualification and a strong track record delivering complex initiatives across government, education, recreation, horticulture, and the arts. He specialises in translating strategy into execution through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery discipline, managing projects with measurable outcomes across diverse organisational settings. 

Dr Melisa Albisetti, Senior Consultant:  Melisa has over 15 years of experience across research, consulting, and institutional settings, including CSIRO, Flinders University, and local governments. Her work focuses on climate risk, extreme weather, and public policy, applying economic and quantitative analysis to support evidence-based decision-making. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, a PhD in climate risk and impacts, and is completing a Master’s degree in Economics. 

Gonzalo Becker, Senior  Consultant: Gonzalo is a Carnegie Mellon University trained software developer with extensive experience across pharmaceutical and financial sectors. He specialises in data science, data infrastructure, low-level programming, and large language model development. With hands-on expertise in IoT and sensor systems, he builds scalable, high-performance solutions that integrate hardware and advanced computational techniques, tackling complex problems with practical, efficient engineering.
